Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be issued. Processing times may extend during peak periods.
Canada Shipping
Starcy offers complimentary standard shipping on Canadian-bound orders over $200 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).
Orders under $200 CAD will incur shipping fees calculated at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Starcy is not liable for customs delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Starcy is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs processing, or delivery issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked as delivered by the carrier, Starcy assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
