RETURN POLICY
14-Day Return Window
Starcy accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be returned in the exact condition received:

Tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these standards will be declined.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact starcybrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
If approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Starcy is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damages & Order Issues
Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact starcybrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Exchanges
Starcy does not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to secure a different size or item, you must return the approved item and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
